I haven't changed my stance. As I have said before, I wouldn't deliberately start such a discussion with children listening, but I wouldn't check carefully if there are children anywhere close, and I don't think it will harm them to hear that word. If they haven't heard it before, they won't even know it's something with a potential to be used for swearing.
