I have a lot of comments to make about Michel and Merk performances (but I refrain to do so, I'll get flamed 🙂 )
You make think I'm being partial here, but Elizondo actuation in this WC was fine and impartial.
A few days ago I found a cv of him on internet (I think it was on an ESPN site). Nice one. I was surprised to find he has won several prizes from FIFA for his correct referate performance. Which is not "moco de pavo".

Are you as blind as the friggin refs? He was overbalancing, he had to put his foot down somewhere - even Rooney can't hover. I've watched it many times and it is clear to anyone, [who isn't Portugese, Irish, or Scottish or just dumb, or both] that it was accidental.
