my my arent you ingerlunders still bitter.

the best 2 refs for the whole tournament where the ref for the portugal v ingerlund game, and the ref of the germany italy game.

both tried to let the game flow, and not indulge in the stop start nonsense that most of the others did.

Ivan was the best ref - never enjoyed a game so much for years.

Valentin Ivanov for president of FIFA. 😵

You would naturally say that eejit who did Ronnys bidding was a good ref. hahaha.

I totally agree with you.
I have a lot of comments to make about Michel and Merk performances (but I refrain to do so, I'll get flamed 🙂 )
You make think I'm being partial here, but Elizondo actuation in this WC was fine and impartial.
A few days ago I found a cv of him on internet (I think it was on an ESPN site). Nice one. I was surprised to find he has won several prizes from FIFA for his correct referate performance. Which is not "moco de pavo".

Cheers

Unbelievable! An objective sensible view from north of the border concerning England.

Like I said, unbelievable.

This discussion is about football so scots might have difficulty following.

For a moment I thought Alex Salmond was posting. And no, you can't have your oil back.

Are you as blind as the friggin refs? He was overbalancing, he had to put his foot down somewhere - even Rooney can't hover. I've watched it many times and it is clear to anyone, [who isn't Portugese, Irish, or Scottish or just dumb, or both] that it was accidental.
Rooney is one of the most skilful players in the world - he knows where he is putting his feet.
