Read the "Medieval Diplomacy Strategy" thread for information on how this sort of game works. The Dragonlords one too.

There is a way for you to download your results from the web. To do this, just
go to:
http://www.lordsofconquest.com/newturns.php
If you're a hotmail user, then there's a problem getting the new turns now. It was advised that you send the GM a different e-mail address.

Hello,
This is the moderator. After numerous reports of email not being accepted by
hotmail, I investigated the issue, and found that hotmail is deleting all
resultfiles sent out. This is due to their new anti-spam policy. This is
affecting a lot of e-zines, mailing lists and so forth also. Hotmail simply
deletes the email without even placing it in your junk folder, which seems
rather rude. It doesnt matter if you put agegames.com on your safelist, they
will still delete email I send that has resultfiles or password info, and there
is nothing I can do about it. The only way to fix this is for you to obtain
another email address that you use for games. I recommend yahoo:
http://www.yahoo.com
Their free email service is quite similar to hotmail (perhaps better in many
ways). This is a very recent turn of events. If everyone will contact hotmail
and complain, perhaps they will change their policy. You can do this at:
http://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=hotmail&page=support_home_options_form_byemail&ct=eformts
You can mention that email sent by agegames.com is being deleted even though its
on your safelist, and not even sent to your junk folder.
Luckily, hotmail will usually still accept emails that do not contain
resultfiles or password info. Please note that hotmail may be deleting other
emails you receive also not game related, so it is recommended by many to change
your email service to something else.
In the meantime, if you havent received your results, I can send them using a
different method, but it would be impossible to run games if I have to manually
attach files to email, so please consider getting another email address that you
use for games.
Sincerely,
GM
