Is anyone randomly receiving this error when navigating the site?

ERROR V2 RHP Secure authentication query failed.
Sorry, an error occurred. Please report this problem.

It seems to happen throughout the day and it appears the site is down for 5 minutes at a time.

Is this only happening to me?
