That's just the point. You wear sneakers you're going to get people looking at you . The bride will go into a rage as you know all brides see their wedding as their god-given right to be queen for a day. They want all the attention. They don't want to compete with a pair of tennis shoes.

If your'e the one paying for the wedding, you can pretty much wear any type of shoe you want.

I believe the convention is that the bride should get whatever type of wedding she wants. In practice however, she usually gets whatever type of wedding her mother wants.
