go out, by a new wardrobe, get your hair styled, not just cut, go out and purposely talk to beautiful women that you feel are out of your league. if they turn you down, ASK THEM WHAT YOU DID WRONG AND TELL THEM YOU'RE TRYING TO FIND WHAT WORKS AND DOESN'T. you'd be surprised at how much a woman can tell you within 5 minutes of meeting you.
it's just like chess, when you lose, analyze the situation. isolate the problems and try not to make the same mistakes.
another thing is, first and foremost, be confident, even if you arent confident, give the appearance you are.
