Pardon my non-knowledge of the subject. I'm not a history buff...nor prefer to be...(plus I'm only a fish in college...)
I thought the Brits had the best navy...Hrmmmm...didn't know their military was so well trained...Thanks for telling me...
Yeah...In most cases, but no one man can say that every country has kicked arses before...at least, I don't think you can use that kind of absolute...
Human tribalism? I'm sorry, but that still sounds like rationalization to me. If something can be boiled down to a common cause, in my opinion, something is wrong. I really don't think that any one basic attitude suffices...America broke away from the Brits for religious freedom, The Scots for the same reason (If there are any other reasons why any other countries broke away from Britain, please tell me.)...However, I could understand how that could be the easiest of rationalizations, and that there would be something deeper-rooted than that...
I would rather take a lesson learned from it than joy, sir...
Delusions of joy are what will get my intellect killed one day, Mr. Smaug...
The post that was quoted here has been removedNow I know the difference between your and you're. One is the possessive form and the other is a contraction for you are. This time it was because I pressed the "E R" button one too many times on my phone causing it to auto correct to you're.
I know countries is the plural form of country and countries' is the plural form of country's.
