I suggest you buy a new keyboard, it seems that the full stop key is broken.

It seems the shift key also only works occasionally, some letters tend to get lost, and some tend to replace others. I agree with you, he should get a new keyboard.

The keyboard is fine, its the fused together and missing fingers that don't help.

You seem to speak from experience. Sorry to hear that.

Plus, the knuckle dragging tends to numb the fingers somewhat, I would imagine.

I know a lady who went through the treatment last year dude. She is cured. It is a nasty treatment though. Very much like, if not the same as chemotherapy. It has loads of sid affects and I've been told that many give up because of sever depression and suicidal tendencies 😕
Not sure which I'd prefer to be honest with you 😛

I like this. it is more simplistic than morse code. Germany would have paid millions for this code early last century. 😛

Okay. So now we're down to arguing the point of the definition of 'curable' then I guess. If you render a virus dormant, so that it cannot cause the human body anymore harm, but yet, a benign form of the virus still resides within the body, is the disease 'cured' or not? The virus is still there but the disease is not.
Discuss 🙂

curable is determined in the medical term as no longer present,.
Dormant is still present but not active!

Where you refering to the treatment of the lady as
Ribavirin with interferon?

"The good news is that despite popular misconceptions, hepatitis C is curable [for many patients]," he tells WebMD

Yup interferon definitely rings a bell. not sure about the Ribavirin part. I don't recall that. She just said that it was a relatively new treatment (In the UK) and that it lasted 6 months. It had side effects of paranoia, suicidal tendencies, mood swings etc.
When she got her results, she mentioned something about 1%. Which meant not a lot to me. She explained that this meant that it had less than a 1% chance of 'coming back'. Probably the best result she could have had, percentile wise 😉
So yeah. I suppose she isn't cured.

On a tangent though, I was reading in the papers the other day that a possible cure for MRSA has been found. What do ya reckon to that? 🙂 I for one, hope that it is true.
Saying that. How long will it be before we get a culture that gets round this one? 😕

MRSA is the least of our worries at the moment, new super bugs are on their way already!
MRSA can be combated with infection control and procedures, but there will always be bugs that evolve no mater what you do

And he is farsighted so it must be a bitch when he has to type and can't see the keyboard. I guess he glues a 3 inch map finder lens to his finger that is stuck in his nose to see the keyboard by, eh.
