Acatually it's sulphur hexaFLUORIDE, not the chloride. And it contains quite toxic byproducts. I would recommend NOT to inhalate this gas. I found an article called "Inhalation of Degraded Sulphur Hexafluoride Resulting in Pulmonary Oedema".
