I'm enjoying a bowl of Annie Chun's Korean Kimchi soup right now. Delicious! This has to be the best instant soup I've ever had.

Please enjoy.

Mmmmm. Ever had real Kimchi Chigae? It's the greatest tasting thing on the planet and incredibly easy to make (so long as you have a decent Korean market around).

In Koreantown here, I can get a hotpot stew (chigae) of kimchi, pork, tofu and vegetables with a bowl of brown rice with dates and peas plus all the side dishes for only $7! It also comes with a small raw egg that you crack directly into the soup before you eat. My favourite is to stir it in keeping the yolk intact and then slurping it down at the end.

Never had real Kimchi. I like all kinds of Asian food (I'm even a pretty good Asian cook) but I've never been to a Korean restaurant. I'll have to try it. This soup is awesome!

You should, it's great. A little hot, but in the perfect kind of hot way.
