No one should prostitute themselves regardless of any financial incentive. I've read of students being paid £10 to undergo a very painful bone marrow transplant/donation but sperm donation is actually prostituting oneself.
I would not classify exchanging a bottle of sperm for money, as a sexual act. Unless it is done in a dark room with Stevie Ray Vaughn playing in the background.

There is a reason for the high number of unruly children being brought up today - the lack of both parents during the child's upbringing. A generation ago, unruly children were unheard of.

If a girl is single and looking to have a child, she would just go out to the bar and take home the best looking guy there. That sperm is free of charge, and you get to pick what your child will look like.

Children are different these days because of the things they are exposed to in society, not just because of the parents. 😕
