OP doesn't mention 'stick' or sticky or stickiness. Topic does to try to simulate the Pinned Thread at the top of the RHP Help Forum in the hopes of longevity, which it's succeeding in achieving. Intent wasn't to restrict conversation but to promote it.

P.S. Better a 'pea' than a fork.
