That's true - at that age we didn't have any problems storing and recalling things in our minds. Now that we do, it is more important to remember concepts and situations and let go of not so important details - such as dates, names of people and places, words and numbers - we usually get along fine without such facts and memories. That is what the article referred to as 'the effective brain'.

For many, truth is written in stone (so can't really be stretched). Fortunately my own truth, written on a sock, doesn't have that problem.

Sorry to digress, but we really should all be writing truth on our socks.

I did that once and only once because when I stuck them in the washing machine, when the washing was done, there it (the truth) was...gone. 🙁

Some say, "It's stuck on the end of my tongue but it just won't come out."

Sometimes if, in the winter, you stick said tongue on something metal it (the word that won't come out) may just adhere to the metal along with a bit of your tongue...problem solved.

Any sticky situation, with some "out of the box" thinking, can be unstuck.

Isn't there some kind of aniti-icing non-sticky spray?

Do we need a No Sticky Thread Game?

The goal would be to never post and let it slip to the last page.

It, too, would be a game destined to fail.
