I think, once you've jabbed someone, that it's hard to return to your former jabless self without sticking in an apology, which, BTW I have yet to do.

I don't quite understand what you mean, but if you should apologize, you may feel better if you do it. Stick to your intuition.

Talking to women can sometimes be sticky, they perk right up if you stick in a jab they consider offensive! 😉
