Seems like you are more confused as to where to buy more so then what to buy. The latest version is Fritz 9.0. Buy it from the place that offers the lowest price. Try looking in places like Amazon.com to chess sites. ChessBase is offering it for $54.3.
I just wanted to know if there was a difference in the engines or the books offered to re-sellers of a product offered by chessbase.

Originally posted by BowmannI've found them to be middle of the road in prices for Items I have looked for. Ebay "buy it now" is about the cheapest, but watch the shipping. I have bought several items from Amazon and been pretty happy. I spend days shopping prices and values before I purchase anything.

The money aint no big deal, I just don't want to ever pay full price....Take the purchase of my wife, I paid $100.00, two cows and a mule for her even though I knew she was worth twice that much.

I can usually and quickly find what I want for half Amazon's asking price. And almost always with free UK delivery.
Bought it from the writer for $34.00
