Teknum spyware

Has anyone had this problem even after you uninstalled easycrypto?
has anyone any idea on how to get rid of teknum?
i tried a few spyware programs but teknum keeps reinstalling itself.

After you have uninstalled Easy Crypt
Run Spybot S & D [d/l and update if you don't have it - free version]
Run AdAware [d/l and update etc]


If you still have a problem with teknum, you should probably run HijackThis and post the log it generates into a forum that deals with them; there are loads around - google]

I can't get rid of CD Cheetah (I think it's called) - only shows up in add/remove programs but removing it ... doesn't.

Thanks to all that replied to this thread ~ I got rid of Teknum by using RegSeeker (Freeware).
