Nizoral works. I think it's on prescriptipon only though, or may have come through to the market now. Also, as above, avoid refined sugar, stick to fructose instead.

I have suffered from this condition for 20 years until recently when I changed my diet, and it all but disappeared.

Avoid junk food of any kind, and don't have anything with sugar in it if you want to get rid of this. You'll feel better in yourself too!
