You've got to be pretty twisted to stop and take a picture of someone bleeding to death on the street.
About 4 months ago I was shopping on a busy Saturday afternoon in my local high-street. There was a married couple arguing outside of a shop. Like everyone else, me and my friends looked and laughed as we walked past. About 20 seconds later we hear people gasping and screaming behind us; we turn round and the guy is laying into his wife. Not just slaps and screaming but punching her in the face and kicking her in the ribs as she drops to the floor. People all rush over but stop about 5 meters away and just watch; I only saw 1 person out of the crowd of about 70 take out her mobile phone and ring the police. We all run back over to break it up, barging through the growing crowd. By the time we get there he's stamping on her head and she's lying there in a pool of blood. We restrain the guy and a few people in the crowd give the woman first aid until the police and ambulance arrive. I assume the woman survived as the guy only got done for GBH.
It's a disgrace that people just stood there and let it happen. There were more than enough people to stop it.

Somehow, I think those people are partly responsible for the woman's death. F'ed society we're living in.
