And we get that you don't like criticism.You think it makes you look weak.
I don't think your criticism of me on this thread is making me look weak. Do you think it is?

@fmf said
No, Suzianne, "infantile" really is the point. Your repeated suggestion that I "cannot handle criticism" is not "the point". It's just something you are saying. Indeed, I have been "handling criticism" with an awful lot more aplomb than you have been for years and years.
Bwahahahahaha!!

That's why you lay into @KellyJay constantly, from thread to thread to thread to... well you get the idea.

Not when you consistently do nothing but punch down.
I don't "punch down". I just contribute to discussions and debates. Do you "punch down"?

Kellyjay and I have long and robust debates in which both he and I are willing participants.

This 'banter' sidesteps what you were ostensibly replying to.

And there it is, folks.

The exact kind of haranguing you can expect once the red thumbs become public.

Kinda boring, huh?

Well, strap in, then.

Do your part here at RHP. Defend free speech.

Oh, look, my table's ready. Ta-ta!

@Suzianne
Do you feel you are getting eviscerated on this thread?

Have I been haranguing you or have you been haranguing me?

Thank you. I get that you don't want to see the feature dismantled.
At least give me credit for having a sensible reason for opposing the dismantling of this feature. One man's opinion that a feature is infantile is not a sensible reason to remove the feature many adults here use daily.

Dive lobbied (successfully) to get the alert function emasculated so he would see fewer alerts, and now you're trying to emasculate the thumbs feature for the same reason. Two men's vanity is turning this web site's forums into their personal echo chamber. It is no way a betterment of the web site, when two people dictate terms.
