@the-gravedigger saidSorry for the delay. Here is your damn bun, sir.
Could you put a bun in the oven for me.
Unfortunately the only butter I can obtain this summer is from abducted cows who have been returned to Earth without evisceration. Most people around here bring their own butter or butter substitutes.
Also, please rest assured that the bun is perfectly safe to eat, inasmuch as the diner's ovens and their operators strictly adhere to BSL7 protocols.

Take a break or employ FMF as a waiter.

@ponderable saidThank you for your patience, sir.
Is this one really a competitio to the tavern?
Business seems to be slow.
So I will sit here and try to obtain a cup of fennel tea.
Heating some water is no problem, and although I don't keep fennel in stock, some of the local artists grow their own herbs, which I'm sure would be fresher than anything I could order with Amazon Prime.
Most of us around here have irregular sleep patterns, but I'm pretty sure Ardyth Marigold would be up at this hour.
I'll just go out for a few minutes if you don't mind. There's a lightning staff behind the counter near the register if you need to defend the place, but the chances of that being necessary are very slim.
P.S. -- No, not really meant as competition to the tavern. Maybe just an expansion for the possibilities to play?
