There's nobody like people...
Pareto's Curve came so close with its 80/20 split. Other end of the spectrum, probably need to toss the often stated "You're one in a million"
as hyperbole stretch. Accuracy zone in viewing human behavior is probably 10/90. Only one of the healed lepers came back to say 'thanks'.

Let's agree that he was probably from the 18th century.
That seems likely based on the clothes, wig, etc.
Anyone from that time could have a picture like this, though.
