Seriously we all know you're between a 1500-1600 player. You really could teach him some things, if you both wanted to spend some time doing something productive. Some Clan leaders have even given you as high as 1650!!!! Most experienced Clan Leaders which are the ones I am talking about know ratings pretty well. After all they are the ones making the challenges.

I was a co-captain on a team on another site. I learned all the work that goes into making challenges. Takes a lot of digging and going through stats which very few do here. The ones that do you'll usually find on the 1rst page. It is a thankless job really ...[text shortened]... I've been asked, but decided to hold off until next year and come to a decision on that then.
