It wasn't my stuff that was deleted - I don't post what I consider offensive even though that seems not to matter at the present time - I heard a while ago that Russ was thinking about the message idea.

ive posted this idea in the site ideas thread for you so that it can be debated 🙂 its a good idea as I wanted to know why one of my posts had been deleted as it wasnt as bad as some things ive seen go unpunished in threads!

My thread hasn't been deleted; as you would know if you read this one. der!!!
I simply wanted to know where a thread had disappeared to and for what specific reason. Originally A post in the thread was removed and then later the whole thing disappeared. A note could easily have been left in it's place saying for example " removed by moderator due to offensive language" or "spam removed " etc etc.
