GB: this is a reference to an Alfred Hitchcock movie from about 1960 called 'Psycho'. it's a classic, and you owe it to yourself to see it at some point. other classic Hitchcock films include Vertigo, Rope, North by Northwest, The Man Who Knew Too Much, Notorious, and many more.
