Aight, we all know women can whine about the toilet seat. They think it should be Down at all times. But males need it mostly up.
I think this thought is pretty fair:
Men need the seat up; they put it up
Women need the seat down; they put it down.
What are your thoughts on this?
Personaly i live in a house with 3 women, so i usualy put the seat back down again when im done. But this is purely because im such a gentlemen🙂

I think the actual seat being up or down for convenience is not relevant. The seat and the cover should be down for hygiene reasons.
When the seat is up, and a woman has to put it down, they can touch the top of the seat for this.
When the seat is down, and a man has to put it up, he has to touch the bottom of the seat to lift it.
I assume that the bottom of the seat is often less hygienetic (word? lol) then the top.

Men: Either use the toilet with the seat down or up.
Women: Use the toilet with the seat down.
Therefore, in most cases, the toilet is used with the seat down, so it should be down (although people generally take a piss more often, but without doing a complete statistical analysis, I cannot comment further).
Considering the majority in your house is mostly women, this reinforces the argument that it should be down.
If the house was mostly men, it all depends how often you all take a dump.
