How do I keep an eye out for tournaments, which in rare circumstances, are open to all entrants, whether you have subscribed or not?

There are no tournaments offered for non subscribers. Sometimes non subs will put one together themselves, but it is not moderated by RHP. There are a ton of tournaments offered for subs though.

You're wrong, as usual.

Tournament 1712
Tournament 1711

There are occasional Tournaments for non-subs. They only seem to come round once per year (usually in January).
