Some of us enjoy cooking for our loved ones on Thanksgiving! I don't cook huge meals but on this holiday and it is somewhat of an art (comedic, at times) to get everything ready on time and hot! When you are raised with the Thanksgiving tradition it is as normal as anything. Repulsive orgy is harsh 😕.
I do think the turkey/duck/chicken thing is disgusting and this past Thanksgiving was the first I'd ever heard of such a thing.
