I´m asking this cause my girlfriend used to hate people who didn´t look good. Is she allowed to think bad(not to discriminate but to think bad) about people who are ugly?
we can't help it if we saw an ugly person not to think it..
its like me telling you;
Don't imagine a pink elephent..
Don't imagine a pink elephent.. !!
Don't imagine a pink elephent.. !!!!!
and what would you think of? yes.. a pink elephent..
its the way we treat each other which counts, along with out intentions.
so your girlfriend shouldn't feel bad.

Define ugly. I've always had a thing for what my more dubious associates would term 'fat chicks'. I would refer to them as nubile voluptuous beauties. I love a sensual, full figured woman. Scrawny stick figures are for amateurs (anyone get the pun?).
Plus, nobody is ugly with the lights out.
Originally posted by Jonny dI'd say it's always bad to hate a person for what they are. I might not be a Christian, but I think this is a good motto: "Hate the sin and not the sinner". If your girlfriend thought ill of people who looked bad because they didn't take care of their appearance, that's one thing, though I'd say it's pretty shallow to think the most important aspect of a person's behaviour is whether or not they use good skincare products. But if she hated people who happened to be born crooked-nosed and boss-eyed, there's no justification at all.

@Peachy: Yes, if you see a really ugly person, 'my god they're ugly!' may be a difficult thought to suppress, and I must admit it can be a bit distracting if you're talking to them (but the same goes for a stunningly attractive person, a really tall person, or any remarkable aspect of a person's appearance). But that's not the same as thinking hateful thoughts and wishing ill upon them.
Tell her she would wonder at the beauty of satan. he is call a beast when his character is refered to. Robert "Ted" Bundy was not bad looking, but he is a serial killer. John Dillinger was a bit charming, but he is a killer. Roses are beautiful, but they have thorns. Tigers are beautiful, but they have claws, teeth, strength and a attitude.
