He knows how to use the ladder. (You can turn off the audio, it gets in the way.)

That's momentum.

We don't do that. We want the weight on our arms.

Peg board legs dangling is harder.
No momentum...no swinging.
One arm has to hold all the weight while you re-peg.

Looks like you are paying for dinner 😏

It's only biceps, though.

With the ladder, I can do 5-6 muscle groups.

That's what I need.

Training for Arm Wrestling is different than All Around Fitness.

I'm only interested in sport specific training right now and that is arm wrestling.
Build the entire body, then the part you want to emphasize starts off better.

Plus you don't look like these freaks who only exercise one muscle group and ignore the rest.

That's a shortcut to getting your ass kicked.
