What is the best way to set up a video conferencing system?

It needs to be fairly pro (for work purposes), but needn't be state of the art.
It would be for meetings between 4-5 people on one hand and 2 on the other, between the UK and Belgium.

Would Skype be suitable for this?

We already have about the fastest web access you can get.

Yes, we would be running Windows.

I think I'm just going to but a couple of decent cams, speakers and mics then try setting it up using something like netmeeting and install Skype if not.

EDIT: Where would I find Netmeeting on my PC? I thought it was installed as standard but can't find it.

Thought it was in the Start Menu automatically.
Right I am going to order some kit and play with this.
