Can anyone recommend a vista compatible third party vpn service?
Or recommend a better forum to seek my answer.
I currently use linksys quick vpn client with all our XP notebooks, however there is no date set for a vista version release.

There isn't that big a jump from XP to Vista - they added IPv6 compatibility and changed the look, but the rest seems to work. I haven't had any problems, but I don't use a VPN. Sometimes you have to install things the hard way, use "Add Hardware" or whatever, but for the most part it seems to support everything I've installed. SP1 should be out soon as well, scheduled to be released with "Longhorn."

Why don't you just use Vista's inbuilt VPN facility?

Vista is incompatible with a whole host of things, including Microsoft's own Mp3 player...
