How do you know?
I was once in a place in Poland where the water was stinking so badly that you couldn't even use it to wash yourself. Even flushing the toilet was quite unpleasant due to the smell.
Detroit has the worst of everything, water included.
Interesting story in the news, A&P supermarket chain just closed it's last store there, there are now NO nationwide food chains operating in Detroit, just some mom & pop independants trying to handle the remaining business.
Safeway, Von's, Albertsons, etc. gave up because they couldn't make a profit with all the problems Detroit has to offer.
