You need not know the origins of the custom to carry it out.

But yes, traditions are dying out. It is part of the globalization of all nations. Changing culture necessitates changing of customs.
Actually one would need to drink which I don't! 😉

There are non alcohol glogg. The one I tried was very sweet grape juice.

I didn't know that....why not though, they do make beer non alcohol. I don't really care for grape juice.

Hell at 17 I knew EVERYTHING....now I am still learning new things, don't know what happened!!! 😉 Turns out my father was correct about many things!

I would say breathing, eating, sleeeping, when you get to be of a certain age just waking up in morning is right up there! 😉
