a standard course of civics lessons will answer most basic questions about government and how it operates,
AND
how it is supposed to operate

however,
yer question brings forth to my mind several questions

1. how many different sources of local, national, and international news do you access on a daily basis?

2. do you ask reasonably thoughful questions about what it is yer reading?
(in my own assumptive mind i seriously doubt you think cognitively)

then there is the conundrum, for at chess, a world wide brain stumper of a game, you appear to be savant
leading me to question #3

3. are you able to tie yer own shoelaces?
can you boil water?
are you able to understand the need for a special forum for questions such as the one you pose?
do you know how to navigate the website to find such a special forum?
