I don't give a flying rip about "case law" here. Case laws are just another avenue for lawyers to skip down collecting little gold tokens of goodies to support their goddamned arguments, regardless of how the text is twisted and misused.
I am so appalled that as an attorney you would view showing that list to a 13 year old as justification to deem a parent "unfit". It's frightening, and it's reality. As a non law-practicing citizen, it's a true threat that any of us could end up in a courtroom, dealing with people of a similar mindset as you, and have no power to fight the idiocy.
