There's a lap dancing club opened today here. Not so long ago two sex shops opened up in the center too. Maybe it's time to move so my kids can grow up in a nice quiet town like this town was when I was growing up.
Or are all towns 'progressing' this way?
Is this just how it's gona be?

Maybe you should move over here!
Originally posted by yo its meOh yes I would! I live in an area that lives under the tyranny of religious intolerance. No alcohol. No Hooters. No clubs. However, in some more progressive parts of the country I hear they have pole dancing classes. These are truly progressive towns. Imagine the freedom of going to a pole dancing class to learn how to be more physically fit and agile and at the same time learning how to excite your man.
You would? Seriously? I bet your raising your family in a nice nick of suburbia!
But me, here I am left in this town of snake handling, overweight prudes that will all vote for McCain. God have mercy on my soul.

Lisboa and Sindra (I had the feeling I was born again);
N. Orleans (in 1984 I was 20 with my pockets full of dollars and without the slightest need to sleep for 70 hours on the row);
Amsterdamn (alltime classic);
Rhodes (a fine island of my country in which I spent almost 4 years); Bali (a paradise);
Kashmir (fine lake, fine place and excellent people in a magic country before India and Pakistan started rockin);
Detmold (in a Germany in which, when I lost my passport and my money, the local policemen of that village gave me happily 150DM in order to help me go to the Greek embassy and fly back home!);
Bombay (you smile to an Indian and he smiles back to you, Namaste!);
Have a good time everybody & njoy a great w/e with the people you love
😵

Originally posted by SunburntIt's not near our home. When I was growing up people went to Brighton if they wanted that kind of thing, so I guess it's only natural that there would be business opening up closer. A lot of things have improved in this town since I was a kid. But this is not an improvement in my opnion.

I guess you're right, it's two miles away from our home. I still don't like it though!
