Many things I can't do - but I miss running and downhill skiing. Not that I did it very often, but I could and I enjoyed doing them.

I tried skiing once; never again! I’ve started running since the pandemic but it’s so, so hard thirty years later. It’s taken weeks to get to running one part in every three of my walk . At first my knees ached and my centre of gravity felt too high up but now I’m better balanced with some muscle development and steady practice.

I sympathise 🤣 I went downhill, fell, felt my neck go ‘click’ as my head bounced off the show and gave myself a whiplash injury.

Well now I know I have a bar buddy next time people talk us into going skiing.
I'm never going again.
The bar is safe and the drinks are good 🙃

Well I tried the "plow" method and I ended up at the bottom without knowing how I got there.
I'll pass on skiing.
