@torunn saidI tried skiing once; never again! I’ve started running since the pandemic but it’s so, so hard thirty years later. It’s taken weeks to get to running one part in every three of my walk . At first my knees ached and my centre of gravity felt too high up but now I’m better balanced with some muscle development and steady practice.
Many things I can't do - but I miss running and downhill skiing. Not that I did it very often, but I could and I enjoyed doing them.
