I used to drive out of state to a lot of chess tournaments. After 5 or 6 hours of driving home from another state my worst fear was when I was back in Michigan and within 60 miles of home. 🙁
Seriously, I can't leave my apartment and drive 1/4 mile to the local store without seeing at least one cop. Michigan has a huge deficit so they issued an order to t ...[text shortened]... enue. Last ticket I got was for 5 miles over the speed limit but it cost me over $100 bucks. 😠
okay. i don't know what to say, really.
latex (i just understood you name...😛), i can understand the logic behind you speeding. but, well, "accidents do happen". i mean, what if you were to hit a small ka going at 70. your going at 95. that car has just been hit at (relatively) 25 mph, which is enough to cause it some damage in itself but now it's going at somewhere around 80 and is off balance and...well, yeah, it's probably going to hit a barrier...but you'll be okay in your big german car 🙄
