Prison librarian, four years in, burn-out stage, looking for escape routes. I work at a maximum security prison, a female remand and Lifer centre, a YOI and a community prison. No-one seems to know what a community prison is, least of all the governors, but it used to be a local prison, which corresponds to a US jail.
