Seriously though, some Slavic women (most notably Poles and some Russians) have the most marvelous natural coloring around their eyes, kind of reddish-orangy; it's very sexy. I can't seem to find any examples with a casual search of Google: enter "eastern european women" or "polish women" or "russian women" and you get a lot of westernized samples.
Carol Kane (who played Simka Gravis on Taxi) had a version of it, though not the best and her other features were only so-so. It seems difficult to find a good color face-shot of her from her younger days, and a B&W photo doesn't illustrate the feature in question very well, but here's one anyway:
