-Removed-I thought it was a porn site. Redhotporn. 😀... But I stayed on anyway to play some chess. Been around for 17 yrs. I routinely play 50 to 90 games at a time. Spend most of the time in between games on the Forums mostly Spirituality. I love controversial topics ... thats very bad ... I need help. 😀
I play for fun mostly, not ratings, My greatest pleasure is sitting in my pajamas in the evening, drinking some premium coffee, a glass of wine or a shot of rum {depending on my mood], and struggling over a difficult game in which Im loosing, and coming up with a solution that wins the game.
Overall the site is good and well managed.
Came here to play an old-world correspondence chess opponent. He soon went but I stayed because of the many friends I've made here. There've been some disappointments but overall I'm still happy to be here after 14 years, still playing poor-quality chess and occasionally getting into a forum fight. I don't do social media but like to chat to real people online here.

I told you at the time stay here longer enough and you'll be in some bantering sessions yourself as I preferred to call them. Here we are 14 years later, and you admit to getting into the occasional forum fight.
I am in no way trying to embarrass you in anyway and think you're a good person with very good intentions, but over the years you've seen the occasional forum fight is sometimes required to get your point across. I still think you are a kind person with no malice in you and most likely have made lots of friendships on here.

Someone, I don’t remember who, told me about it. I “played” at chess, not well, but thought let’s give it a go. I have enjoyed it, most especially the people I’ve met and continue to. It, like the real world is full of “interesting” people....some more interesting than others but as I have stated on my profile, “Variety” really is, for me, the spice of life.😁

@drewnogal saidThere is no doubt in my mind, but has learned over the years, sometimes a bantering session is needed as she has admitted to of her own accord. I was not questioning her being a good person, that we all know. Just reminding her of what she told me back those many years ago. No malice was intended in any way.
