Well, sir, if it was 'meant' as a joke, your comment wasn't 'funny' to me. Now your quotation was quite interesting to me. Who is A.C.? Augustus Caesar? What is interesting is the implication that a person can make his/her own laws as they go along...or am I misreading that?
