DAD'S MEATLOAF
2 pounds hamburger
1½ cups diced Swiss cheese
2 beaten eggs
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
1½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon paprika
2½ cups milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
Mix ingredients together in the approximate order given, then press it all into one
big greased loaf pan, or use two. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 90 minutes.
Recipe yields six servings. For three servings, reduce amounts by half.
