First-born children may have higher IQ's but I believe their siblings tend to be more outgoing and make friends more easily. There are advantages on both sides.
Don't believe everything you read, I'm not buying what you've written.

Can you have a low IQ and still be President?
Can you have a high IQ and still be fooled by the low IQ?
Is George smarter than his older brother?
Is the World dumber than a Bush?
What good is an IQ if you don't have a brain to use it on?

That's cool, 'cause I'm not selling it. Just comenting on what I've seen of my friends and relatives.

Personally, my older sister is a bus-crash living with her mother who can't hold a job while I'm holding the same job for near 17 years and doing quite well. My step sister is an RN while her older brother was in construction and not the sharpest tool in the shed.

My cousin is running his own business, while his older sister is a receptionist for him.

Another friend of mine works for a large corporation with several departments under him while his older sister is on welfare in a trailer living on food stamps.

Breaking into the thread after some time I still want to comment:

* IQ tests are not accutrate down to a point. Two points difference say nothing at all.

* IQ has nothing to do with firness for life. Or in chess if it comes to that.

* 240000 is a pretty impressive number of test subjects, but if only men where tested there is no way to make a statement such as siblings, since it would only take into account a selected group of siblings.
