Your list include (on and off the web) assests and liabilities?

Consider the various powers of attorney you may want to assign and also whether you want an advance medical directive.

Privileged information due to litigation. Details withheld but Christmas Week a nasty rumor began floating around on several other popular sites. Unidentified Perpetrators apparently claimed yours truly isn't a retired widower but, rather, a wealthy widow in ill health whose family members are clamoring for dominant consideration. One close chess friend has also been served papers for the summer hearing. This side action happened when his wife inadvertently leaked information to a big mouthed neighbor concerning their sizable share (and the fact that two immediate family members would receive $1.00 Only to satisfy legal requirements). It's a royal mess. That's why we're waiting until autumn to make the will. Let's hope the hearing goes well.

He's making a will before the banks foreclose,
They'll examine all from his hair to his toes.
Nothing in the valuation will be left to chance,
time for the relatives to do a merry dance.

Be careful now Bob just who can you trust?
The executor may turn your words to dust.
Memories of you spread near and far,
Who gets that ring? Who gets that car?

But seriously Bob, why don't you stick around?
It'll be years we hope before you're in the ground.
I hope when you go it won't be a mess.
I hope you make it to your permanent address.

I'm not strong on religion, not strong on God.
Not sure if he's true or maybe a fraud.
One thing I know it's good to see you here.
I hope you keep on posting for many a long year.

Perhaps I'm dense, but what you are saying makes no sense whatsoever.

    1) Why would you care what rumours are made on the net by people who don't even know who you are?

    2) Whether you are male or female in real life is a matter for real life wills; it is irrelevant that you may or may not be pretending to be a different gender online.

    3) Whether or not you are wealthy in real life bears no relation to your online poverty

    4) Any action taken by family members can only be taken against an existing will and then only after the writer is deceased and the will is read and expedited.

Are you being truthful or is this just a machination for you to tell everyone how much money you have?

Perhaps I'm dense, but what you are saying makes no sense whatsoever.[Perhaps you're trying too hard. Take it at face value. Legal Issues are chess games.]

    1) Why would you care what rumours are made on the net by people who don't even know who you are? [I don't. Others got wind. A can of worms complication resulted].

    2) Whether you are male or female in real life is a matter for real life wills; it is irrelevant that you may or may not be pretending to be a different gender online.[I don't pretend. Gender discrepancy was/is third party manufactured].

    3) Whether or not you are wealthy in real life bears no relation to your online poverty.[What is "online poverty"?]

    4) Any action taken by family members can only be taken against an existing will and then only after the writer is deceased and the will is read and expedited. [Will that will hopefully be made later this year involves revision to the instrument of record. There's time to get a few things right. Gathering ideas from the experience of others who've been there is the reason for this conversation.]

Are you being truthful or is this just a machination for you to tell everyone how much money you have? [Please. There are major aspects I'm not at liberty to disclose. Questioning veracity and impugning another's motive I'd expect from a few others, not you. If there's nothing to contribute, please ignore the thread (or let's chat by email if you'd like).]
