subscribers can recommend posts that they like, find funny or informative. the posts with the most recs can be found at:
http://www.[whatever URL you use to access the site].com/board/recommended.php
eg:

I keep needing to click REFRESH .

That happens to me here at RHP. I think it's related to some new spyware I've installed which doesn't allow an 'update cookie'.
the issue is more likely to be with your 'temp internet files' being re-used for your 'my games' page rather than re-downloading the latest version of the page.
if holding CRTL and hitting F5 fixes the issue then changing the settings i mentioned earlier should resolve the problem.
