Nah, because the thermostat was his idea.
And that was because someone said to him, "close the damn door will ya. You born in a barn?"

no lie there

hey, how'd you like the dust storm that blew thru here the other day?

I spent the morning washing my car so it wouldn't be filthy for the guy coming to tow it to the auto shop.

It acts as a filter and it keeps the dust from coating your fan coils.

nah, it's going to the shop because it decided it wasn't going to start a couple of days before the dust storm. It was just sitting there not being driven because I had to wait until payday to get it fixed. 🙁

I'm pretty sure it is the starter, not the battery.

They're gonna hook it up to their diagnostic computer and it'll talk to the computer in the car and tell them exactly what is wrong. So in a few hours here I'll know for sure what it is and how much it'll cost.

"Hello computer?"
"yeah, what do you want?"
"What is wrong with me?"
"Let me check. Oh, got it right here. Your thermostat isn't working and the air is low in your tires."

Hang on a "mo". There was no mention of her having an account or even having been to that particular shop. She may have just moved to the area.
