27. Try to use the original name of people. using any kind of nickname needs to be established by the wearer of the name. (Some Asian colleagues of mine have asked me to use a name which was more easy to pronounce for me in the past.)

You may be underestimating her, she may be like more on here than you know, or than you for that matter. Coming from someone who has has had his share of bantering sessions with her.
