We understand there must be some compromise on our part, to relieve others of the burden of dancing around our eggshells.
But even a backwoods mutt like you must recognize that there is some power in the words we use and the tone of our delivery, and that if someone deliberately says hurtful words, they are the ones in the wrong, not the target.
