Your priorities?

Mine are simple and the same now as when I was your age: to continue to learn; to work at peeling away layers of the sensitivity onion; to widen/deepen my appreciations; to keep moving on toward new intensities; to enjoy life to the hilt each new day.

There is no financial advantage in paying off your mortgage. Take the equity and purchase investment property. Use other peoples money to make money, and the money that money makes, makes money.

I have three.

Breath in, breath out, and smile.

You are in trouble if you cannot do any of these.

I have the first two down to a fine art and can do them without thinking.

The third one sometimes takes a supreme effort though I always
eventually manage it.
